A sweary game that celebrates the difficulty of farming and the joy of making beer.

The idea. Jeremy Clarkson makes beer on his barley farm. Farming is hard; the beer is easy to drink. So we made a sweary 32-bit platformer, playable on Instagram, with free beer for anyone who finished.

How it worked. Every element was made with AI: visuals, sound effects, music, animation and, of course, the mighty F bomb. The game now lives in an arcade unit in the Farmer’s Dog pub.

My role. Game director, hands-on in the creation of everything.
